Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Noleva Digital website and the services we provide.

By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Noleva Digital provides web design, development, e-commerce, and digital marketing services.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement between Noleva Digital and the client.

Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, clients agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback, content, and approvals
  • Supply accurate information necessary for the project
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule

Delays caused by the client may extend project timelines accordingly.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require an upfront deposit before work begins, with remaining balances due according to the milestones specified in the project agreement. Late payments may result in pausing of work until resolved.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project, excluding:

  • Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or proprietary code owned by Noleva Digital
  • Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) licensed separately

Noleva Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions

Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds, as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges.

Limitation of Liability

Noleva Digital provides services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Third-Party Services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms (hosting providers, payment gateways, content management systems). Noleva Digital is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or pricing changes made by these third parties.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice. The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
